The girls got a special message from Santa: And Eva was soooo excited Santa had her picture and knew her name!
Look at all those presents!

They look like they LOVE each other.....sometimes, they actually do!

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve...full of cooking/baking, getting beautiful (as Ella would say), going to church, and opening presents. The girls were tired by the time we opened presents but both did very good at taking turns. Ella was Santa and passed out all the presents and helped Eva read her name tags so we all knew who they were from. They were very happy with all their presents and so were we.. G&G Lindahl are glad to be here celebrating with us and we are enjoying their company. I, unfortunately had to work today..Christmas Day but went in late around 11 and got home around 6, I was still able to be here with the girls' as they saw their presents from Santa and home in time for a movie. Tomorrow Mary and I are going to the spa...should be a much needed, relaxing day.

7 days till Christmas....who's counting!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Enjoying our outside shopping center...its cold but so beautiful! And nothing better than a Starbucks hot choc!
Ella performed her dribbling skills at 2 New Albany high school BB games this last week! She did great and had fun. Now Eva can't wait to do it!

We did more fun Christmas activities; lighted little shops at creekside!

Eva dancing in the gym while Ella performs BB....I keep asking her if she is sure she wants to quite dance...all she does is dance around the house..BB wins for now!

Ella helping me clean with Griffin watching over her.

Yet another fun Christmas activity, Alum Creek light show. A car ride through the park seeing all the lights. The girls loved it!
Game time for daddy and the girls! I had to work!

Griffin got to meet Santa too...so exciting!
Movie time! Christmas movies are the best.
Look at Elf...building a snowman with our goodies!
Evan was helping Ella build a gingerbread house!....tomorrow he will be with Eva at school to help her with a gingerbread house.
Look at those skills....she's got it in her blood!

                                    Twinkle is zip-lining!

Every night I find them snuggling but this position I couldn't pass up a picture! LOVE!

I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful holiday with family/friends! We are excited to have G&G Lindahl here for Christmas. They arrive on Saturday and will be here a week, we are all pumped to spend time with them. The girls' last day of school is Friday and they have 2 weeks off, I'm excited to have time to spend with them. Eva has developed separation anxiety when I drop her off at preschool. She screams and cries and doesn't want me to leave, it about tears my heart apart. I hope this doesn't last long, yet I'm not sure I understand why its happening but its a phase and will come and go. Ella is super excited for Christmas and some time off of school. She still would rather stay home than go to school, I personally think she gets bored. I still volunteer when I can and love to know what happens in the classroom. They're having a winter party on Friday we both are looking forward to!

MERRY CHRISTMAS

Eva's 4

Big news; Eva had a birthday last Tuesday and is 4 already. I love her bubbly, loving personality and couldn't imagine life without her. We had a great day. Woke up to streamers/balloons/confetti (mess) had birthday waffles (sprinkles in them) and got dressed to go get the girls' hair, nails, and makeup done at the mall. They had so much fun...they then got to walk the run way. School time for both girls and then we headed to the mall again to play for awhile and then headed to the movie (frozen) with her friend Ruby and dinner afterwards.

Good morning to my beautiful 4 year old!
The girls on the run way strutting their stuff! They could have stayed there all day long.

I just had to make Eva a little cake so she could blow out candles!  And the cake pops are Peppa Pig; its Eva's favorite cartoon.

Twinkle out Elf left Eva a birthday message saying to be good because she's watching and will report to Santa.

Ella beside the Christmas tree outside downtown Cincinnati.

Daddy took Ella to Redsfest on Saturday while Eva and I stayed home. I had worked the overnight and was tired and we had been invited to gingerbread making party so we couldn't miss that.
Ella and daddy had a great time! They got a couple autographs and pictures with the players.
                                         and Mr. Redlegs.

We got our tree last Monday and finally got it decorated on Wednesday. Its perfect!
Twinkle has done some pretty funny things already!
Last Friday was a snowday! We all enjoyed it very much. We made our Christmas cookies and found time to play in the snow....with daddy and Griffin!

Griffins in there but he's all black with his sweater on!
We had breakfast with Santa on Saturday morning! fun!
                              More Reds fun!

Eva's gingerbread she made at our party...we had a great time!
Saturday night I kept busy by making multiple cake pops and a small cake for a friends birthday on Sunday.

Again we split up, Eva and I went caroling with our church while Evan took Ella to dribbling camp. They met us after at the church for a movie (The Polar Express) hot chocolate, and popcorn. We all enjoyed it!
