We all went for a hike behind auntie and uncle's house. The girls have their snack packs.
We tried to take family pics, but of course, someone wasn't participating.
But after she was all about smiles...TURD!
The family minus great grandpa; he took advantage of the quiet house and stayed behind. Smart man!
Noone would smile so we told the girls to just look up, there was nothing exciting to look at but it worked. Unsure if its good, at least we are all doing the same thing.

The start of our long hike. It was 5 miles up; 5 miles down and all challenging. I actually think I like going up more than down. We had a great day! Thanks for taking us Uncle David, oh and another thanks to Auntie for watching the girls so we could go.
Great grandma bought the girls a couple board games so they were playing. We have played them a couple times since returning home as well. They are good ones! Thanks great-grandma.

Now we are; look at the frost. It was freezing, as evidenced by the frozen snickers bar in my backpack. Didn't stay up there long!
We had a fire with some smores on Friday night.
